Profile:
Dr Nadia Tavakoli, hold a PhD in Social Innovation from Swinburne University, Australia. Her other qualifications include a Master of Commerce (Human Resource Management), Master of Management (Human Resource Management) and Bachelor of Management.
Dr Nadia Tavakoli has been engaged in teaching and research in Australia universities since 2012. Having previously spent several years as an Academic Sessional at Swinburne University.
Her teaching experience is reflected in the range of units that she has taught which include Introduction to Management, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources Management, Fundamental of Marketing, Business Innovation practice, Human Resources Analytics, Critical Thinking, and Business Information Systems at Swinburne University before joining OIHE.
She has presented her research papers in academic conferences and publishing papers in refereed journals. The areas of her research interest includes: Human Resource Management, Social Intrapreneurship, Corporate Social Responsibility, Marketing Behaviour and Strategy, Strategic Collaboration, Partnership and Innovation, Social Entrepreneurship and General Management Issues.
Nadia also has worked in Industry for four years as Human resources Coordinator in private and public sectors.
