Dr Enver Halili

Enver has extensive academic and industry experience. He has worked as a financial manager, financial adviser and chief accountant in the industry, and spent 10 years managing his own business. Since 2010, he has been working as a lecturer of Finance and Accounting at the tertiary education level. Enver joined the Ozford Institute of Higher Education in July 2018 and he is currently Head of Accounting Department.
He has completed a Bachelor in Economics (Hon. I) at University of Kosova (Kosovo), Masters in Finance at RMIT University (Melbourne) and PhD in Finance at Swinburne University of Technology (Melbourne). In 2016, Enver received a scholarship from Box Hill Institute (Box Hill) to complete the GCTT at Melbourne University.
Enver’s research interests include the areas of finance, accounting and business. He is particularly interested in family businesses, value maximisation theory, corporate finance, portfolio investments, financial markets, and agency theory and signalling theory. He is also interested social sustainability and finance ethics. His research has been presented at University and International Conferences. He has published three papers (2013, 2015 and 2017) in International Journals. Enver also participate in the organisation of community events and social activities.
