Profile:

Paul Rodan is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Education and Social Sciences, Swinburne University of Technology. He previously held the positions of Director, Academic Policy and Research (Australian International Campuses) and Director, International Education Research Centre at Central Queensland University. Prior to this, Paul’s career included appointments at Queensland, La Trobe and Monash Universities. His research interests lie in the fields of Australian political history, elections and political parties. As a result of nearly ten years working in international education, Paul also retains an interest in the public policy aspects of this area. He has been a regular contributor to Swinburne’s Inside Story website, is a member of the editorial board of Australian Universities’ Review and is a research associate with the Brisbane-based T J Ryan Foundation.
