The Student Welfare Officer is available to provide all current and prospective students with support and advice while they adjust to life in a new environment.

You can seek advice on issues such as:

  • accommodation and airport reception
  • adjustment to life in Melbourne
  • banking
  • career and tertiary education choices
  • guardianship for under 18
  • health & work permit
  • student visa
