Bar Operations

Description:

Learn from the experienced hands of fun, talented bartenders who know their stuff and love what they're doing. They've been trained to help you get you where you want to go, whether it's behind a bar in Australia or overseas.

You'll learn how to prepare the bar ready for service and navigate your way around the washer, post-mix and ice machines. You will also pour beer, open and present wine and champagne, and of course make a range of delicious cocktails.
