Ozford College of Business offer Vocational Education and Training (VET) courses in Hospitality - Commercial Cookery areas. The course prepares students for the role of a qualified cook, selecting, preparing, cooking and presenting a range of foods in a commercial kitchen and restaurant setting.

3 levels of qualifications to choose from :

• Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) - 1 year
• Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) - 1.5 years or half year after Certificate III
• Diploma of Hospitality Management - 2 years or half year after Certificate IV
