Commercial Cookery / Patisserie

Start your Commercial Cookery or Patisserie qualifications from this summer with our new kitchen facility @ Ozford Junction. (only 7 minutes by tram from the city)

Hospitality (Commercial Cookery / Patisserie) are available in 3 levels :

Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery / Patisserie) 1 year
Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery / Patisserie) 1.5 year
Diploma of Hospitality Management 2 year

Hairdressing Salon Management

Students who would like to become professional hairdressers will be able to access our Ozford Hair Dressing Salon
(only 10 minutes by tram from the city)

Hairdressing courses are available in 3 levels :

Certificate III in Hairdressing 1 year
Certificate IV in Haridressing 1.5 year
Diploma of Hairdrssing Salon Management 2 year
